We want to welcome our new Host facilities in New York, as Saratoga Casino and Raceway and Batavia Downs. Both facilities  are now providing the Classic Jerry J’s Power Page as a host – something like our Host Race Books do here in Las Vegas.

 If you are at their locations, you will find the JJPP Classic in their program (FREE).

By the way, we won a beautiful photo at Saratoga today, when our New York Song got up in the absolute final stride. A nice mutual of $22.80 for our Featured Play on the PLUS and one of our lovely STAR horses…

Bias commentary today… Saratoga’s main track seemed to once again provide an advantage to horses racing on the rail…

And Del Mar’s Main Track is once again playing to Front Speed and inside is still good…

Saratoga…  Race #5 Deltina… ran evenly, finished midpack

Del Mar…  Race #7 French Getaway… not much run… dull

Thursday 7/27

Saratoga… Race #9  Gypsum Johnny  Contended through the early and flatered late

Del Mar…Race #7  Mended sharp out of the gate challenged on the outside for the lead – throughout – then drew off to win well Winner paying $11.20

Saratoga…Race #7  ThreeFiveIndia off at 5/2… rated a couple of lengths off the leader and outside, took up a serious challenge, but was repelled by the inside speed.  Finisched very well to hold 2nd…getting the PLACE.

Del Mar…Race #5 Kings River King off at 3/1… sharp out of the gate, agreed to rate, took over turning for home and won well in hand as much the best…Wiiner paying $8.00

Del Mar.. Race #7  American League… took to the lead, led as far as able, but not able to carry the flag to the wire…

Satruday 7/29/2017

Saratoga… Race #6 Revved Up off at 7/2 … rated kindly and took up his position, always looking comfortable, moved well into contention on the final turn and then closed powerfully and confidently…Winner paying $9.20

Saratoga… Race #10  Good Samaritan  off at 8/1… taken in hand to trail the field, well back, then started to commence a rally with about 1/2 mile left, got within striking distance as they neared the top of the stretch, and then extended his big long beautiful stride to gallop over this field. Winner paying $19.20

Del Mar…  Race #4 Secret Shopper off at 11/1… broke a step slow and urged to get going, got into stride and rushed into position on the back stretch, went up to challenge on the turn, but was not able to go with the inside speed, continued on to hold the PLACE.

Sunday…7/30/2017

Saratoga… Race #9  J.S. Choice took up the running on the outside, stalking the leaders, but the leader had gone off to a crazy big lead (Black Tide), then he moved into 2nd place turning for home, commencing a nice run, but he couldn’t make up enough on the leader… Solid Place finish.

Del Mar… Race #9 Lazzam off at 8/1… started a late run to move up outside horses, was finishing fastest and appeared to have won, but lost a horrible photo, on the wrong bob…Placing…
