Santa Anita did  a terrific job in preparing…

Santa Anita did a terrific job in preparing the track for Thursday’s rainfall.  It appears they had sealed the track and put a very good seal on the track, therefore, I expect the Santa Anita main track to be FAST or Good with a CUT in it, –  I do NOT expect it to play like a WET track.  But we have to see in real time and make adjustments.
