Monster Day at Gulfstream Park…

It was hard to know how good a day the JJPP faithful would have using the JJPPs on Wednesday… if they took the “p” and “M” and “V” horses seriously!  Seriously…  It started in the 4th race… The ONLY WET TRACK mark belonged to the eventual winner, All Star Red… then in the 5th, the ONLY WET TRACK Mark a “p” and a “V” on the same horse, ran 2nd paying $17.40 to place, that was Maturin!  Think about how big an ADVANTAGE it is to be the only horse with a MUD MARK on a group of Turfers, being transferred to the WET TRACK.  JUST THINK ABOUT THAT!

Then in the 6th race, there were 4 horses with Ms or Ps, they ran 1,2,3 so with the 4 horse trifecta box in this 7 horse field yielded a $186.20 for a $2.00 wager…  you simply can’t make this up…

Then in the 7th race… we had NO MUD MARKS… but I did place a V on Blue Harbor who won paying $12.80 for the place… not bad…  The 8th was pretty perfunctory with 1 of my 2 “P” horses getting the win… and then to finish off our Run, in the 9th race we had 2 horses with MUD MARKS, and they ran 1,2 for a cold exacta!

I am just saying, that understanding ADVANTAGES still pays in this game better than any bank-note…

Thursday is a M and P type of day, at Gulfstream and Santa Anita…

We are looking at Wet Tracks at both Santa Anita and Gulfstream on Thursday.  Gulfstream might be more likely to turn Good & Harrowed by the end of the card.  Keep in mind, the “Ms” are pointing out Sloppy and Muddy preference, not GOOD preference…  It’s somewhat about figures, it’s somewhat about the horses preferences and seeing into them a little…

Stay with the Power Page…
