The bias at Aqueduct was favoring closers and might have been negative for the horses running on the rail on opening day.  Day 2 showed a more balanced racing surfaces with good efforts in all parts of the track, we will call this one Honest…Turf horses near the front we slightly advantaged, which is not unusual for this Turf course…  The Race Day Play at Hollywood the #5 in the 8th at Hollywood – went off 18/1 and finished full of run for the Place, missing the win by about 1/2 a length, it looked like jockey K. John might have gotten going a tad late, but that’s probably just an optical illusion.  Good ride, good run, good price and for those of you who use the Place pool or turned the obvious exacta this was a good result…
