Today’s Free Play:

Thursday’s Free Play; Hollywood – Race #5 … We are looking at my STAR horse cookie’s Jewel, first time going to the grass course.  With the Theatrical bloodline on the bottom, you would have to expect this gelding to like the going.  The STAR on the Power Page indicated that the horse appears to be in a very positive form cycle.  But the caveat here is that the favorite, Holladay Road is handled by a trainer on a negative role.  So why not take the improving horse with a little unknown info at 5/against a clear negative at an underlay 2/1.  So if we know the favorite is an UNDERLAY, then it logically stands to reason that our horse should be an OVERLAY!  Good Luck…
