My New York Spotter has suggested that I handicap all races for the Main Track at Belmont for Sunday – so that’s what I have done!  They are expecting heavy rain in New York on Saturday evening and into Sunday… Let’s see if the weatherman is right.   Summer is here and horse racing rules…
