Star horses dominated the card at Aqueduct today, with Surround Sound ($31.20), Penthouse Party ($10.00) and Shaun Washington ($4.20).   That meant we won $21.70 at a cost of $12.00.    The reason the figure is a little lower than the total for adding up all the win prices, is that this calculation is for win/place once the odds reaches 3.80/1.   Also Wednesday’s selections on Race Day were a place and a win at $10.00 for Penthouse Party.  I don’t usually use STAR horses for my Race Day Selections, but felt it was the right thing to do on Wednesday…
