How do you like those managers at Belmont, again they moved carded turf races to the main track while the weather and the turf courses are in very good condition.  Consider this and the fact that racing is in it’s last month of the year — begs the questions, what are they saving the turf courses for.   As long as they want to be known as the pre-eminent turf meet of the year in North America, they simply do not have any resolve to their commitment to run carded turf races on the turf!
