So my suggestion is simple, wake up to a nice cup of coffee, grab your favorite past performance material and open up your Jerry J’s Power Page and start handicapping. In fact, if you were like me, you would write the PPN from the Power Page down next to each horses name and start adjusting (some UP, but mostly DOWN) as I would go through each horse and evaluate, trip, performance, connections – all the fundamental stuff and then bring that information to the tote board to consider which horse is a true “win-price overlay”.
