Now we are in the post- BC period and I am considering different subjects to consider discussing.   I think I will next discuss the slight change in the Power Page.  Because, the Power Page was designed primarily as a handicapping aide to good handicapper’s it stayed in a fairly tight “decision model” – the core of which was recent form.   While I am still focusing first on the current form as they are expressed in SPEED FIGURES, I am also looking at several other factors — including previous preference for the track the horses are running on today and some general inference on the horses form by the trainer, especially when new management takes over…
