Belmont received a pretty good dowsing on Friday night, so for that reason I decided — after considering the races – to handicap the 6th, 8th and 9th for the Turf and all others for the Main Track.  I am assuming a wet or good racing surface on the Main Track and a Soft to Yielding Turf course…  Santa Anita is Fast and Firm as always…  Plenty fo really good races to enjoy an handiap…
