So just as I said on Monday, I looked at top rated and 2nd rated horses that were NOT THE Favorite, maybe seemed to have some value, had nothing detestable on the PP’s and offered it up as a play on Race Day Las Vegas on Monday!  The horse was Tony B in the 7th.  He went off at 3/1 — ran very welll – was 2nd best to Dyker Beach the odds on favorite.  The horse reported home well enough to get me a $16.00 exacta with the chalk…  Not too bad…  AS for the ROI – it dropped some… But as for my frequency it remains very high with Tony B being the 6th play in a row that finished either 1st or 2nd!   Now that’s handicapping…
