On Friday we started the NEW Feature —  denoted on the Power Page by a “V” —  denoting horses that seem to have a very long Morning Line and a “handicapper’s opinion” they could get into the number 1st, 2nd,3rd, or 4th, with a low probability of winning but a pretty decent chance of running 3rd or 4th..  Building plays starts with finding a good KEY and then it needs to include horses that have a chance to make you money — UNDERNEATH!
