I am back in the Las Vegas Office… Once again, we have to wonder – if the NYRA racing officials are really committed to running their Turf races on the Turf.  On Thursday, they ran one of 3 races carded for the Turf — on the Turf.  The other two were run on the Main Track.   This is really unfortunate…  AS far as I could tell, the Turf course was just fine – in Yielding condition…  Races are run in Yielding conditions all over the world — all the time…  I have handicapped for the Turf races for the TURF Course which had a perfectly lovely day on Thursday and they should be expecting more sunshine tomorrow…  But if you are as annoyed by this “bad behavior”  — why not send them an e-mail to express how you feel… just saying…

Anyway, let’s hope they run their turf races on the the turf…
