The chance of strong rains is part of the forecast for New York, but it’s not 100%… So as per my norm, the handicapping is for the current condition which would be FAST and FIRM!
IF they get hit with a storm on Wednesday and the Turf races are moved to the Main Track, then the PPN’s on the Power Page would no longer apply in the cases of Turf races which have been moved to the Main Track….
