Santa Anita …(12-29) Played FAST, the wet component was a non factor, just tight, the track was harrowed… I would call it Harrowed and HONEST…Turf played FAIR…
Aqueduct …(12-29-2016)… Speed was a bit of an edge, but it was much more HONEST than most commentators commented…
Race Day Las Vegas Section
Aqueduct… Race #6 Saratoga Giro off at 5/2… Race very well to be in a 3 horse finish, finishing 3rd… compete for the lead the entire way, but was “out-jocked” by Irad Ortiz on the rail… Price was an EVEN lay at 8/5… good effort, not so goo an outcome.
Santa Anita… Race #5 Dr Fager’s Gal… off at 13/1, Ran pretty well for 4th… I was looking for a WET track, but it was not the right surface for this longshot play…
