About the Value Add-in Horse  ” the “V”…  These are horses that have some “buried” form and are usually 20/1 or higher… So in a sense, I am attacking the correctness of the Morning Line.  The same horse at 8/1 would not get the “V”.  It’s largely about a disagreement with the Morning Line maker…  So on days, when I am in agreement with the M/L maker – then in that case there might be NO “V” horse on the Power Page…
