OKAY – so we had a pretty terrific day with both Power Page on Thursday.  Top Rated horses prodced $32.50 in retunrs at a cost of $32.00.  Understand — that this is a data set, not selections.  The TOP Rated horses have a rating based upon a narrow set of powerful impact values with an intense focus on CURRENT FORM.  Your handicapping is welcome to encompass much more, including workouts, back class, jockey, trainer and patterns they use to bring horses up to a race.  The Power Page uses none of that, we strictly use SPEED FIGURES and Project based upon those Speed Figs….    And here is the data set – often putting you on plus street before you think your first thought…
