Premier Pegasus is now on the sidelines with a hairline facture in the cannon bone.  Trainer Cho is dialing it back on Premier Pegaus who shares the PP initials with the Power Pages, something I obviously like.    But as for making the Triple Crown, this excellent horse is now going to have to heal first and racing will be something down the road.   This is a brutal game sometimes, with such great disappointments and this is a good example of why even an unbelievably great horse like Uncle Mo is  NOT-A-Lock to win the Derby (or anything) until he can actually pass under the wire…In Front!   Of course, anyone who know me, expects that and more, but only to a point!

We are hoping for turf racing at Aqueduct on Friday.  Thursday’s turf races were again moved to the main track.  It’s just so silly that they card turf races at this time of year, they cancel way more then they run… And the leftovers are just bad events, with bad handicapping…  Just my opinion….
