Again, there was tremendous value in TOP RATED horses, especially at Aqueduct on Sunday.   AS we say goodbye to 2012, we need to keep our eye on the weather, especially at Aqueduct.  With all the moisture this week, if we get some cold temps and the track starts to FREEZE, that will yield a very good track to play on, but if it’s followed by a thaw, then the game changes dramatically.  You have to stay tuned in at The Big A.

At Santa Anita I just didn’t think Tiz Flirtatious could be beaten on Sunday, but she could.  There is a wonderful lesson in that — don’t be afraid to bet against some hot number and don’t feel you are ever betting a lock!!!
