Top rated horses keep producing, so how is this with Fed Biz winning in track record time at paying $17.60 as my top rated horses in the 7th at Del Mar.  Can we go one better, it was also a STAR horse.  YOU might ask, “how many top rated horses had STARS and how did they do on Sunday – both tracks?”  The answer is easy — there were a total of 3, 2 at Saratoga (Quay in the 1st and Gracer in the 2nd) and 1 at Del Mar (Fed Biz)….  THEY ALL WON!
