Today’s Race Day plays were Luca at 17/1 and Rusty Slipper at 12/1. Both gave a decent account of themselves, with LUCA actually getting us a little excited at the top of the stretch — but he faded in the final portion of the race — oh well. Rusty Slipper while well called really raced just EVENLY for 4th without ever getting this fan excited….

Two STAR horses (out of 2) won and a beautiful V horse ran a terrific 2nd at Belmont…While at Santa Anita we had 4 TOP rated horses win and a V horse win paying $19.60, Of the 4 top rated winners, on paid $11.00 in a 6 horse filed, Also, it should be noted that Lily Pod, featured on Race Day Las Vegas as a possible SINGLE… won her little heat paying a nice $5,80 with only 5 other competitors…
