Now, we are ready for Spa to Spa…  What we saw at Del Mar was a main track that favored inside runners.  Horses closed and went wire to wire, but the ones on the rail seemed to have a little extra umph in almost every race…  This was a definite bias… Now as we go to Saratoga, let’s consider that this is a real “HORSE FOR COURSE” type track… The Power Page is focused on recent form, but you should be tuned into horses that have raced well at Saratoga in the past… You still have to handicap, in fact you always have had to handicap….

If you like full fields, extremely competitive  and challenging to handicap, you will be in love with the Opening Day card at Del Mar.  Well the surf and turf are once again in action – together at the West Coast spa meeting we all love…  So let’s have a great time…
