Thursday’s Power Page were “right on” simply stated Top Rated horses returned $38.80 at a cost of only $30.00…  That’s called playing with an edge…  As it turned out there were NO Star horses at either track on Thursday.  On Friday however, there are several terrific STAR horses that could make there way into the exotics… Good Luck…
