Free play for Hollywood -Race #7:  Dreams Afleet, a layoff horse from Cerin’s barn has great appeal, it’s all about odds.  To me this is a natural 5/2 shot.  IF the odds are there or better, we play, if not we don’t.  Why do I take this position, because this horse is naturally faster than the other in this field, so it’s just a matter of Cerin having the horse ready to run a natural number and the horse still being able to do that.  I figure this is a lay-down, 1 out of 2 times, so at 5/2 we are playing with an edge!

Free play for Belmont…Note Belmont’s surfaces are Muddy and Sealed…Turf racing  is “off the turf in the 1,6 & 7” but check to official materials to see if that changes…Let’s go to Race #3 for what appears to be a House Q.  My top 2 rated horses may have a bigger advantage in the wet going then they do in the dry.  My play is a back and forth exacta between Every Little Thing and Dear Marylou.   If you like them about equal, as I do, they figure the payouts and then bet the amount so your payout is the same if they finish 1-2 or 2-1…That’s why I make this a House-Q.  Good Luck…
