Full card and excellent weather support today’s card at Aqueduct…

Friday we begin one of the best “boutique meets” of the year at Los Alamitos.  I know many are not as comfortable with Los Al as they might be with Del Mar or Santa Anita.  From my point of view, they are just names of the track… it’s our opportunity to review the horses and make a play on the ones that appear to be OVERLAYS.

Let’s take advantage of this “menu” of racing and not worry about the name on the building… but who is going under the wire first and second.   And remember, this is an up and coming meet, that strongly deserves our support, by supporting it we are sure to support the future of horse racing in So. Cal…  In my opinion…

Resulting Saturday’s cards…

The hallmark of the Power Page’s is obviously our STAR horses and V horses.  They should be holding a little additional value and make their wins worth more!  On Saturday we had 15 STAR horses and 4 V horses on the 2 cards – Aqueduct and Del Mar.  So the WIN TOTAL for the 15 STAR horses was $65.60 at a simple cost of $30.00, the ROI turned at $2.18 per $1.00 wagered.  No to shabby…

And as for the 4 V horses on the 2 cards we had 1 winner paying $56.40… against a possible cost of $8.00… The ROI here was astronomical on Saturday at $7.05 per $1.00.

This was a most successful day …
