Still needs our help…

We have to be aware of some of the more difficult subjects from time to time, it’s not always fun and games!  A jockey, I am not very familiar with, Pedro Terrero had a horrific fall that appears to have caused him serious brain injury… He’s not a first line jockey, so he probably doesn’t have much and could probably use our help.   One of US – a JJPP customer – sent me the link and made me aware…  you can check out the link below… and if you are moved… please consider donating…

Saturday’s JJPPs are up …

but we should briefly note how solid our results were for Friday, especially at Gulfstream and Aqueduct.  I would characterize Santa Anita’s results as fair.  Gulfstream produced 7 winners from our TOP RATED HORSE.  HE had 4 STAR horses, which produce 1 winner ($11.20) and 2 place results.  While we had 2 V horses producing 1 winner ($19.00).

While at Aqueduct we had 5 winners from our Top Rated horse and 2 additional winners from our 2nd rated horse and in both those cases the Top Rated horse ran 2nd. Additionally, 4 of the 8 races produced an exacta from the TOP 2 PPN horses… PPN stands for Projected Power Number for new players to this site.

So how about Saturday’s Cards, they appear fantastic.  And I have a particular love of Saturday’s Santa Anita card.  From the 11 races, I could have assigned Pop Out Key status for at least 8 potential plays.  A Pop Out Key is a horse with really good form, a good chance to win and a Morning Line that appears to provide an “ADVANTAGE” to us!  In real time we have to continue our evaluation, but it’s a great place to start.

Aqueduct could be WET on Friday…

JJ Power Page – Classic and  JJ Power Page – PLUS

It’s a big maybe, at 7:30PM in Brooklyn there was light rain, just a few miles due West of the Big A.  With some moisture in the track already, it seemed appropriate to make the JJPPs for a WET Surface.  Keep in mind, that when I make a “m or M” it’s identifying horses that improve on Sloppy, Wet Fast and Muddy tracks.  It is not indicating anything about Good or Harrowed tracks that are drying out…  Please keep that in mind…

Santa Anita if fabulous for Friday!

JJ Power Page – Classic and  JJ Power Page – PLUS

I seldom forecast a great day at the track, but I thought Friday’s card was very promising.  I particularly like the late DD in the 7th and 8th races.  I think a good SPREAD CROSS to open up… and the final play might be a cold DD.  I am not certain of the outcome, but I think we have a far shot at this play.  Plus we have a few other really nice looking horses that might be worth a play, if the value prop is fair.

Gulfstream Park has 12 races…

JJ Power Page – Classic (only)

There is no doubt that the Gulfstream is a great value, with 12 races carded on Friday.  Now it’s fair to say that Thursday’s card at Gulfstream was one of limited success for our faithful.  Results will not always match up with our ratings everytime out – and believe it or not – we don’t want that.  All I can promise is to put the same thought, energy and data support into making you the best handicapping assistant I can make.  Which as you know, I believe is fantastic and should always be part of your play.
