$6,384.50 Pick 6 taken down for only $28.80 or less…
Today we bask in the glow of the outstanding job the JJPP and JJPP-PLUS did in helping to take down the Empire Pick-6 on the mandatory pay-day. Here is how the handicapping and math went along…
IF anyone with the Power Page played the TOP RATED horse and any STAR horse… their ticket would have been 2 x 2 x3 x 3 x 2* x 2 (*STAR was my play on Race Day, but a difficult Single)… this ticket would have been only 144 combinations…and cost a paltry $28.80…
If anyone with the JJPP-PLUS played the TOP 2 horses in each race… that would only be 64 combinations at 20 cents… the total cost would only be $12.80 to get the $6,384.50…
Connecting the Dots…
Often, we hear handicappers’ talking about “connecting the dots” when considering Horizontal Plays! That’s certainly valid and in today’s cases, the JJPP players should be feeling fantastic.
Additional late horizontal plays…
$1.0 PICK 4 (4,6,10-12-6-5) Paid: $725.50 (last 4 races)
$1.0 PICK 5 (3-4,6,10-12-6-5) Paid: $2,113.50 (last 5 races)
STAR horses were incredible…
STAR horses during this PICK 6 were a total of 8 — they produced 4 winners and 2 placings from the 5th through the 10th race, with winner’s paying (9/1), (4/1), (8/1) and (EVEN)… With my Top Rated and Featured Play -SHOTSKI in the 9th, winning and paying $19.60
