Big Rebound at Gulfstream Park on Saturday:
Saturday’s JJPP at Gulfstream return to what I consider a normal high quality product. With positive ROI on both STAR horses and V horses. With 10 STAR horses producing 3 winner with a total return of $24.20 and 5 V horses returning $27.40 for it’s 1 winner. The PPNs did their job with 5 exacta boxes from the TOP 3 rated horses… and the TOP rated PPN ran 1st or 2nd in 8 of the 11 races.
Aqueduct on Sunday:
With clearing skies on Saturday night and into Sunday, we should be looking at a Good Track on Sunday, which is NOT a Wet track – in my opinion. If the posted condition is Muddy, then my “p and m” are then activated. But if the condition is listed as Good, then it’s my opinion that you should associate that as it’s own condition and much more like a FAST track. I handicap for the track as a FAST track, but really expect it to be tabbed as a Good track… So keep that in mind…
Santa Anita for Sunday:
Jaywalking will be tabbed by writers as the Juvy Filly, off her win at Churchill Downs in the BC Filly Juvy win. But it’s my opinion that Bellafina is the best of this division. It was surprising to see many Californians ship into Churchill Downs for the Breeders Cup on Nov 2rd & 4th and to run really poorly. Absolutely superior racehorses ran stupendously poorly for their ability level. I can’t tell you why, but something was “not suitable” to the Californians as a group and Bellafina was one who also ran poorly that day – for her. I am seriously interested to see her return on Sunday… and possibly to ascend to the top of her division, but that’s for future casting…
