So we will havea another “WET” track in New York on Thursday and I suppose sunshine and fast going in LA.  I want to make this point, on the Power Page I work very hard to show you the PPN for horses who have raced well on the OFF Track.  You should be able to tell which horses have raced POORLY on Off Tracks by doing YOUR OWN HANDICAPPING… So the really good value horses – good value because they are UNKNOWN on OFF Tracks should be the focus of your plays…  I always look at my “p and P” horses first!
