Moving to the Main Track:
The dilemma associated with “creating information” as opposed to picking winner is clearly met in the opening days of a meeting – especially with the Power Page. Because the Power Page’s PPN’s are biased toward the more recent races – even when those races have occurred at a different track and the Inner Track is a different track from the outer Main Track. Also, because of the track change, many horses who LIKE THE INNER TRACK get an extra race or two before the move to the outer track, and while I am sensitive to horses that have possibly had races too closely spaced together AND MAKE NORMAL DEDUCTIONS FOR THIS FORM FLAW – it’s still something that “creeps” into the PPN. The point is that for the next week or two, you need to be a little more circumspect in evaluating the PPN’s on the Power Page and look more closely at some other angles… While in about a week or so, everything should be back to normal…
So it’s no surprise that of our Top Rated horses we had 3 winners from 9 races returning only $13.40 against $18.00 played, but this is the type of thing that should shift nicely in a fairly short period of time…
Florida Derby:
The Florida Derby has been drawn and it should be no surprise to anyone that I believe the ITSMYLUCKYDAY is the biggest and baddest of this pretty tough group going in Saturday’s floriday Derby. All you have to do is look up top of this page and see that I have ITSMYLUCKYDAY rated as my 4th best right now and I haven’t rated Shanghai Bobby or Orb in my TOP 9. There is plenty to talk about — so over the next 2 days I will pull my ideas together and put them in a video package with my EXIT PLAYs for Saturday.
EIXT PLAYS:
There will be two EXIT PLAY on Saturday – one for Aqueduct and one for Santa Anita. Each package will include an Exit Play, the Florida Derby video and a KHSS for the particular track you choose. All for $2.50…
