I am thinking that New York might cancel racing, but is seems absolutely certain they will experience a WET day.  So I have handicapped for a WET conditions and my numbers represent that way…  Note I have already added the Wet track values into the PPN (Projected Power Number)… Horses assigned the “p” or “P” are live longshots….
