Two day’s with weak results on the STAR horses, but pretty decent payoffs on TOP Rated horses, which is always surprising to me.   Just remember, a top-rated horse at a price of greater than 9/2 deserves to be considered for a play.  Sometimes the races are very complicated with two horses that need to be played…Be brave…
