Friday’s (1-16-2016) Power Page and KHSS for Aqueduct and Santa Anita are ready for download…

Friday’s card at Aqueduct is a good one and hopefully we can now look forward to some uniterrupted racing in New York.  I thought the track played fairly in New York on Thursday,  I will make the call NO BIAS …  However at Santa Anita, I believe we saw a “dead rail” which is a bit surprising considering how good the inside has been at Santa Anita through the opening part of the meet…

For you newcomers, you have to remember that the PPN  (Projected Power Number) is heavily biased to more recent races and is NOT complete handicapping.  It does not pay any attention to workouts and no attention to the trainer’ stats.   You on the other hand can look at those factore, back class and any “psychs” you might have.  The Power Page simply gives you a very good opinion on the recent form – and while this is a  IMPACT  VALUE of great importance — it’s not the ALL of handicapping….   Top rated horses can always be part of your exacta strategy, but they should not be your KEY horse much more than 1/3 of the time — IN MY OPINION!
