As has been the case most day’s this month, the TOP RATED horses proved to be a FLAT BET PROFIT today.   There were 14 races that qualified (races with 1/3 of the field being first time starters were not – used as is usual) returned $39.80 at a cost of only $28.00.  Belmon tdid the heavy lifting with TOP RATED winners paying $8.80, $13.20 and $15.00…  Those well priced winners were OK…
