At Santa Anita:

Yesterday we had 4 races at Belmont that we could actually use after the Turf races were moved to the main track and 8 races at Santa Anita.  On those 12 races, the Power Page had 7 Topr rated winners out of the 12 races…  After that , the 2nd rated horse in the other races were won by the 2nd rated horse.
