Here is an idea to consider…  When you encounter a race with many or all horses within a range of 2.5 points, you might consider that each of the horses has some chance to win the race.   Since the PPN on the Power Page are a close study of “current form”, you might consider back power and/or some other handicapping factors to be more important in this situation…   These types of races often produce very long priced winners who are “in the mix”…
