Aqueduct moves from the Inner Dirt track to the Main Dirt Track.   It’s a new track and has to be handled in it’s own special way,  just like any other track.   There is no guarantee that horses running on the Inner will transfer their form to the Main – keep that in mind.

Sunday’s Plays, Miss Mexique ran 2nd at 4/1 converting a $96.50 exacta for a $2.00 wager.   And Canonize won like a champ at Santa Anita paying $5.40 (exacta went down).

 

At Santa Anita on Sunday, the top rated horses won 5 races and came in 2nd in two others, with Devils Afleet paying a whopping $22.40 for a $2.00 wager.   The Power Page rocks!!!

Many handicapping concepts came into play on Saturday and we were able to ride them to a positive outcome.  Especially in betting against both Ellafitz at Santa Anita and Inherit The Gold in New York.   Ellafitz was absolute loose speed going two turns at Santa Anita — something that is always a good thing — and had no run in the stretch, finishing 4th of 4 after slow rolling through the opening 4 furlongs!  Inherit couldn’t muster anything, so these are nice examples of horses who have bounced!  Today’s selection was a winner at Aqueduct, Red Bendel reported home as a $5.50 winner, while at Santa Anita, the selections scratched — for the 2nd straight day…

 

Total winnings from selections is now at $239.70 against a cost of $224.00, the ROI is at $1.07 per $1.00 wagered…
