Thursday’s card at Belmont was a tough one…
As I suggested, Thursday’s card was competitive…. loaded with small edges and buried form. And these are always the toughest, especially when the prices are $4 and $40, tough numbers to harvest any cash on – unless you have focused in on the $40 horses. This wasn’t the case on Thursday. Our best play turned out to be Noble Thought in the 4th, who won well at $6.00 win price. This was a surprise as the front board on Noble Thought was showing EVEN Money through most of the betting, but the late money was wrong and we were right… at least in the 4th…
Los Alamitos opens it’s boutique meet today!
Always one of my favorite meets each year. It’s a short meet, and it’s worth playing every single day – that’s just my opinion, but I feel it’s an absolutely correct opinion. Just saying and I even do the meet – just for you!
