We had very good days, but Paco had an amazing day…

The JJPPs for Gulfstream was good, for Santa Anita it was terrific – that’s my assessment!  Anyone who wants to see SATURDAY’s JJPP, just send me an e-mail, I will be glad to send them to you… for your review…

But there can be no doubt that Paco Lopez had one of the great days any jockey has had – anywhere at anytime.  He won 7 races, mostly with mid-priced horses that won partly because of his fantastic handling and placement.  Paco always is well balanced and moves with a lovely motion that must make it easy on the horses… so he gets plenty of run, when run is needed.  Paco’s achievement on Saturday was special.

The Gulfstream Power Page has the additional New Handicapping notation…

For the duration of this mess we American’s are enduring… the JJPP for Gulfstream will have additional features of Pop Out Keys and Frequency Play… at the same low price of $5.00 we charge for the normal JJPP.

No Oaklawn…

I was preparing to do Oaklawn Park, but at this time, I will NOT BE DOING OAKLAWN Park.  Circumstances presented themselves that require me to put some of my “horse attention” to my family’s needs…

But I will continue to do Gulfstream Park and Santa Anita throughout… for sure!!!

A terrific handicapper, travel up…

We lost one of our own yesterday, Pat McGuiggan passed away – suddenly on Thursday.  I do not know any details… but I would like to say.. he had a great spirit…. a zest for life…. an avid golfer… and a man with a strong cadre of personal friends.  And to my mind this is the best way to take measure of a man… how much his friends loved the man… this is clearly the case with Patrick.  We will miss his energy, his exuberance, his crazy outfits and his love of his favorite pursuits – especially our game of horse racing, since games like this are perfect for betting, although there are other options like dadu online where you can also do some bets as well.

Stay with Jerry and stay with the Power Page…
