The track conditions at both Aqueduct and Santa Anita rate to be a varying degree of WET.   It’s hard to say exactly, especially when you consider the work I do is always done the day/night before.  I know I was always very careful with my betting money on off tracks — typically betting much less.   That being stated there are often some really outstanding wagers to be made on off-going, so don’t be afraid, just be careful.
