On Friday the picks on Race Day Las Vegas, went Place and Place.  The second, El Mirage King was a juicy 6/1 and paid $5.20 to place against the favorite, which hurt my place price…Oh well.  the total return is bumped up by $2.60 to a total o f$173.20 against a cost of $148.00.  The ROI is reduced to a very nice $1.17 per $1.00 wagered.  The place position keeps the losing streaks to a minimum, as we try to steer into another winning wave!  Star horses have been a little low this week, so far…
