19  failed attempt at winning the Triple Crown, against 4 successes since Citation in 1948,   19 fails against 4 wins doesn’t sound like a good wager at EVEN MONEY!  If you could not attend the seminar at Texas Station, this is part of the discussion.  This is the ost amazing races with some amazing and memorable confrontations…  Once again, I never pass through a Belmont without reminding everyone to see the EPIC battle of Affirmed and Alydar.  For me it’s the greatest race I have ever witnessed and I do not think I will ever see anything to match it for — literally everything….

So if Cali Chrome is able to step up and succeed, he will deserve it and he will occupy an place next to Affirmed, Alydar, Seattle Slew, Citation and Secretariat…  At the moment, I am not sufficiently impressed, but we shall see – we shall see….
