After opening with a $14.++ Top rated horse in hte 1st race, the Power Page followed up in races 2 ,3 & 4 with TOP rated horses winning — for the first 4 races… So what could happen in the 5th race to match the first 4; in the 5th ONLY 1 horse had a “P” for potential improvement in a WET circumstance (and there were no M’s). And while the track is drying out, it’s still a WET condition and So in the 5th race, this ONLY “p” horse ran a winning race — paying $21.++…
