West Coast 3-year old just dominates…
The evidence is increasing that the colts on the West Coast are going to be very tough. We did see Freedom Fighter go to New York and get beat in the Gotham… but other than that, it’s been one awesome display after another.
Noting that Life Is Good is injured and OFF THE DERBY TRAIL, that would have to move the exceptionally fast and formidable Concert Tour to the head of the class… and confirmation on this colt’s exceptional quality, has been stamped as certain by the dominating win of Hot Rod Charlie, who I didn’t rate as well as Medina Spirit, who clearly is not quite as good as Life Is Good or Concert Tour… yet is much better than an colt running in Louisiana.
So who else are we looking at — Greatest Honor, Essential Quality, Helium and Weyburn who surprised in the Gotham – this one does need some watching.
It’s starting to get intertesting….
