Saratoga on  (8-13)…  Honest before the deluge, who knows after, but it looked like everyone moved to the middle of the track for good footing….

Del Mar on  (8-13)…      Again – I am thinking the RAIL was a bit on the Dead side on Friday

Del Mar’s Turf —continues as a fair place to race….

Race Day Play from Saturday

Saratoga… Race #4 McIlroy  off at 5/1… moved along nicely, tracking the front group, made a nice run turning for home and was a solid n2d, without threatening the winner…  the exacta belonged to us!

Del Mar Race #5 It’s Just Bob  off at 9/2…  ran totally as expected, appeared a certain winner turning for home, was challenged by the ultimate winner, losing a hard fought photo…  maybe a touch of hang, but it was far back to the others… a solid place.

Arlington Million …  Mondaliste  off at 4/1, rated back behind a slowish pace, made an electric run to win a close photo while overcoming a negative pace scenario…  I thought is was an excellent effort…Winner paying $10.80
