Glorious Honour loses his luster, while Known Agenda shines.
Yesterday’s blog dissed the competition in the Florida Derby and highlighted the good form of Glorious Honour. It’s not exactly how it worked out. As Glorious Honour turned for home laying a big NOTHING down the stretch. My view was he was better than he was asked for. The truth was he was just a little more along the way than the competition, not much better. But we can’t tell that until we see how they perform on the track, that’s why they enter the gate and settle all questions in their run.
On the other hand, Known Agenda did some running and will require a little attention. He certainly has improved since getting Lasix, but to see him in Kentucky, he won’t be scaring me at all… He surely beat a nothing field and ran a LIFETIME BEST EFFORT which should limit any hopeful improvement. In fact, he is more likely to regress off this form cycle, but may be able to reproduce this effort,,, which is as much upside as I can forecast and it certainly isn’t enough to match up to the freaky fast West Coaster – Concert Tour…
