Kentucky Derby Seminar:

The final details are set, I will be doing a KD Seminar at Sunset Station with Rich Eng on Friday Night at 6:00 PM in the Race Book.  The Seminar is scheduled to run to 7:30 PM…   So it should be a great night out before the big race.  This is the most interesting and exciting handicapping in years, there is much to talk about and settle on before we get to bet the race of the year…  I really think this year’s Kentucky Derby is one to remember – maybe the best KD since Affirmed and Alydar matched up in one of the greatest rivalries ever…

I hope to see each and every one of you at this seminar…  If you are from  out of town, touch basse with me, there may be special rates at Sunset Station for you…   Now that we are talking a little KD smack talk, for those of you who tuned into Race Day, you got to hear a little of how my opinion differs from other handicappers.  While some people spend a lot of time drilling down on a single race — my methods are completely different.  Yes I like to get into each race to understand what each horse has accomplished, but from that point, I need to look at the flow from one race to another…  So in the mornings discussion, there can be no doubt that Java’s War ran just fine to set his form up to do his best running in the KD, so winning or not winning at the Bluegrass is just a ink number on the page.   The physical act of performing in the stretch and running an “in-line” number makes him a “forward going horse for the KD…   When you come to the seminar, you will see with your own eyes and hear my explanation in crystal clear form…
See you there…
