I love making the Power Page’s — especially when I have a STAR horse like Certainty in the 9th at Belmont.   Off at 25/1 a missing by just an inch or less…  The place price was over $15.00 to place.  Also, we had Comstock Prize two races earlier that paid $7.50 to place.   Good price horses can be played in two positions to win and place for profit and fun…
