The STARs rule at Del Mar…

9 Star horses yield 5 winners and 1 place (at 8/1) on opening day!

In my posting after the 4th race on opening day and already we have two STAR winners, Price in the first at 4/1 and Weemissfrankie in the 4th at 7/2 and as a bonus Lady Fairbank completed the exacta in the 4th at 8/1 and you guessed it, Lady Fairbanks was also a STAR horse  that exacta paid a handsome $81.80 for $2.00 wagered.  Added to that, the 2nd race with no Star horses  —  provided a cold trifecta box from our top rated horses.  Our Top rated horse, Isle of Prado ran 2nd at 4/1, with our 2nd rated horse running 3rd and our 3rd rated horse, King Ledley running first at 8/1… And as everyone knows, I gave out Isle of Prado was my key horse on Race Day Las Vegas and made exacta boxes with King Ledley and One Nation that exacta paid a healthy $73.00 for $2.00 wagered.    It was a great start but finished with a flurry as my STAR horses won the last 3 races on the card with Mr. Commons at $4.20, then Gilligan at $9.80 and finally Gahnzo Bob at $6.00 and I will be be working hard to keep it going all meet long…
